The General Manager / CEO will:
1. Ensure that an Environmental Management System is
developed and approved for implementation within each division of the
2. Ensure that the corporate Environmental Policy is reviewed by senior
management and signed-off.
3. Budget and commit adequate resources for
implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS).
4. Assign, or instruct management to assign staff
roles, responsibilities and authorities to ensure that the EMS is
fully implemented and maintained.
5. Conduct annual EMS Management
